I had a fantastic stay at Regency Grand Suites. The location was excellent, right across from the Robinson Mega Store and within walking distance to Manila Bay and Rizal Park. My half bay view room was spacious and equipped with a kitchenette, which made my stay convenient. While there were minor issues like a noisy air conditioning unit, the positives definitely outweighed the negatives, and I felt very safe due to the strict security protocols.
